This development-stage notice explains the platform's intended data practices. It must be reviewed for the agency's legal entity and operating jurisdictions before public launch.
Draft updated 20 August 2026The public enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, requested service, and the message you choose to provide. Do not submit passports, certificates, medical information, document numbers, or other sensitive records through that form.
Enquiry information is used to understand your objective, respond to you, recommend an appropriate service, maintain an agency record, and protect the service against misuse.
The secure portal stores profile fields, sea-service history, document metadata, private file content, verification decisions, consent choices, and account activity. Document uploads are enabled only after the portal privacy notice is acknowledged.
Client information should not be shared with a school, employer, recruiter, authority, or partner without an applicable legal basis and clear client authorization. Sharing required by law or necessary to protect the platform will be handled according to the governing jurisdiction.
The portal uses authenticated identity, server-side ownership checks, non-public object storage, file restrictions, role-controlled staff review, and audit records. A final retention schedule, malware-scanning provider, backup policy, and incident contact must be approved before public launch.
You may update profile information, delete individual uploaded documents and sea-service entries, and withdraw the acknowledgement required for future uploads. The final notice will identify the agency's privacy contact and any additional jurisdiction-specific rights.
