Schools, employers, recruiters, maritime authorities, certification bodies, accommodation providers, and other third parties make their own decisions. The agency cannot guarantee admission, certification, eligibility, employment, sea time, approval, or a specific completion date.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete, lawful, and legible information; respond to requests within stated timeframes; review submissions where required; and immediately disclose relevant changes.
Fees and third-party costs
Agency fees, known third-party charges, currencies, payment schedules, and applicable cancellation or refund terms will be shown before a paid service begins. A third-party fee may change independently of the agency.
Documents and authenticity
Submitting false, altered, unlawfully obtained, or misleading records is prohibited. The agency may pause or end a service when authenticity or lawful use cannot be reasonably established.
Portal use
You are responsible for keeping your signed-in account secure, maintaining accurate profile and sea-service information, and deleting files you no longer want stored. A portal status such as pending or verified is an agency workflow record, not certification by a maritime authority.
Recruitment and opportunities
Candidates remain responsible for reviewing job descriptions, employers, contracts, travel arrangements, and safety conditions. The platform will moderate listings but cannot replace the candidate's own due diligence.

The agency's official legal name, address, governing law, dispute process, contact details, and complete service-specific provisions will be added before launch.
